Virtual Consultation (Free) 1.Our virtual option offers the opportunity to receive expert guidance from the comfort of your own space, with the added benefit of our team's personalised assistance. Upon booking your virtual consultation, we'll provide you with a questionnaire to understand your specific requirements and unique style preferences. Your responses will guide our approach to optimising your space. 2. In Person Assessment ( Fee Applicable ) This assessment is the second phase of our meeting which involves a face-to-face meeting between you and our team at a designated location. During the in-person consultation, our team conducts a thorough assessment of the space, taking measurements, noting existing design elements, and discussing your preferences, requirements, and budget. This consultation allows for a more comprehensive evaluation of your space and fosters direct communication between you and our team, enabling real-time feedback and brainstorming.
Cancellation Policy
1. Booking Confirmation: All bookings made through our website or any other booking platform are subject to confirmation. We will send a confirmation email or message once your booking request has been processed and accepted. 2. Cancellation and Rescheduling: We understand that plans may change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. 3. Cancellation Fee: A cancellation fee may be applicable for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. The amount of the fee will depend on the timing of the cancellation and will be communicated to you at the time of booking. 4. No Show: If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you may be charged a no-show fee. 5. Arrival Time: Please ensure that you are available and ready at the scheduled time of your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time, and we may not be able to accommodate the full scope of the service. 6. Payment: Payment for services rendered is due upon completion of the appointment unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and bank transfers. Any additional services or charges incurred during the appointment will be communicated to you for approval before payment. 7. Scope of Service: The details and scope of the service provided will be agreed upon prior to the appointment. Any changes or additions to the scope of service must be communicated and approved by both parties. 8. Client Responsibility: It is the client's responsibility to provide accurate information regarding their service requirements, location, and any other relevant details. Failure to do so may result in delays or additional charges. 9. Liability: While we take utmost care in providing our services, we cannot be held liable for any damages or losses incurred during the appointment.
